All resistance based electric heaters will produce the exact same amount of heat per KWr (KiloWatthour) of electricity consumed. If you want a room to heat up quicker get a higher wattage heater or use two. If you want cheap, lower the thermostat temperature. If you want to keep the heat that you’ve already paid for, insulate. Simple physics.
