R/C toy part questions.?
I am planning on making a remote controlled motor. The plan is to take a r/c car transmitter wire it to like a 9v battery then attach the battery to a toggle switch with copper wire, so that when i flip the switch it transmits the signal. Then get a receiver then with some thing amplify the signal so that i get a current running through a copper wire then attach the copper wire to a dc motor. And now i have a few questions on this plan.
1. can it work?
2. how does the transmitter and receiver work for r/c cars, and in do they both need batteries and what specific transmitter and receiver do you recommend?
3. What do i use to amplify the signal to an electrical current?
4. What is a good website to get these parts?
oh and one last question (not related to the project) how do you get the current in the copper wire to make a spark?

We know you will use copper wire, you don’t have to mention it so many times.
You need to study electricity and electronics a lot more before you tackle this. but it can work, with a lot of things you haven’t mentioned.
Both need batteries.
The signals are electrical currents (voltages actually), that’s what a signal is.
