Make my own cockatiel toy?
Hi,
I buy my cockatiels a lot of toys and I notice when I look at them in the store I think to myself “I could make that” So I checked some of my supplies. I have popsicle sticks and yarn. Is that ok to use to make something for them to chew on? One of their store bought toys uses popsicle sticks, but I dont have any that use yarn.
Is that ok? Any suggestions on easy to make toys with normal arts and crafts supplies?
I wasnt planning on using paint or glue, my one cockatiel will chew anything, I dont need color to attract him
Non toxic glue that won’t harm your bird and popsicle sticks can be used to make a ladder 
. Be careful when painting the ladder as paint can be harmful to birds especially because birds peel it off and chew at it. Find some pet friendly paint.
