Blackberry Curve 9300 SOS in the top right hand corner?
I got a new blackberry curve 9300 from o2 yesterday but the whole time I have had it it says SOS in the top corner. I know its to do with no signal as I cannot make or receive calls or texts. Does anyone know how to resolve this issue. Thanks!
I have just also read it could be to do with not having a 3G sim card maybe?
This happens when the account isn’t active or the SIM card hasn’t been put on your account yet.
You will have to call o2 to see why this phones not on your account yet.
A Sim card only carries your cell phone number information. There’s no 3G Sim, that’s all based on the phone and the company.
