
I have really achy and painful calve muscles. I went to the gym and used the stand up calf and now i am achy?
Does anyone know how i can get rid of the achy calf muscles? I went to the gym 2 days ago and used the stand up calf machine and also did 40 mins on the bike.
People have told me to stand up on my heels and that will do my calves.
well you obviously over did it. Now you must let those muscles rest and heal up. In future, try taking fishoil capsules before you exercise, they do amazing things in helping muscles to recover from over use.
