what do people who have a twin usually look like (like small/tall/other)?
like do 2 twins (brother and sister or 2 sisters or 2 brothers) usually look smaller/shorter/taller than other people who dont have a twin? or do they act different from other people (even though they NEVER met their twin since they were born)?

They look just like any one else. Twins are ususally smaller *at birth* but are not generally any smaller than any other person when they are older.
You are most likely not a twin, and you are just getting annoying… If you truly wish to know if you have a twin, then you will not find the answer here. You should talk to your parents and ask them to contact the adoption agency through which they adopted you.
