Thames Cruises can be a great idea for some events- a poker night, weddings, clay pigeon shootng, but also some stranger events that you may not have thought of -heres afew that have been seen going down the Thames recently.
- A sushi making cruise – maybe this one works, sushi is after all, basically raw fish. The sessions give guests the oppotunity to learn from an expert chef the art of sushi making and get to compare and eat their sushi. - Dacning lessons from the stars- Taught by Camilla Dallerup and Ian Waite of the tv show ‘Strictly come dancing’, guests are taught a variety of different dancing styles, from the salsa to the cha cha to the rumba, waltz and the tango. With music altering between a live band and a disco, remember to bring your sea legs and your dancing shoes to.
- Chocolate cruises – A tasting event or a team building exercise -you decide. In the team building exercise you’ll get to play Nestle at their own sweet game, by developing your own brand of chocolate, ad campiagns and slogansas well. The second option, the tasting session gives those with sweet teeth the chance to induldge in their favourite vice.
- A Dj lesson. Your on the decks whilst the ship crew take to the masts. With upto four different sessions from dj face offs to producing your own dj show, the events last 3-6 hours and can hold 50-1000 people.
- Pampering cruise- get out to sea for a few hours to be pampered and leaves all your troubles behind. Starting off with a food and drink reception, this is followed by your choice of pampering, including massages, manicures and pedicures.An ideal trip out for a birthday or hen party, and maybe just for an afternoon out with work colleagues or to network.
