How to choose th best bird as a pet for me?
I’m thinking of getting a pet bird(s), but I’m not sure what kind yet.
I would like a bird that:
isn’t too loud
not expensive
able to be held
And yes, I am prepared to take the time to spend with the bird(s) and spend the money for the supplies needed for it.
Parakeets would probably be a good choice for you. They do make lots of noise, but it isn’t what I would consider loud. Parakeets are extremely smart and sociable. People have trained their parakeets to do tricks and imitate speech.
