how can i make my bird stand on my hand, shoulder, etc… ? He is a parrot and refuses to stand on my hand?
He just nibbles at my fingers and everytime i actually pick him up and try to carry him he just flies right back on to his cage.
I have two birds and they used to be the same way! one still is she is very very stubborn. Your bird could just be stubborn or possibly it is just shy. Try talking to it. Tell him he is a pretty bird and give him lots of attention. Birds love attention.
