a cockatiel and parakeet cant have chicks can they?
My sister has a male cockatiel that might be about 5 or 6, and i just got a parakeet about a week ago. im not sure how old she is. she was very lonely, so i introduced the two to each other. they do like each other, but i do NOT want any eggs or chicks or anyone getting randy. i just want to be assured. neither have nesting boxes in their cages

Don’t worry, they won’t mate , and most definately won’t have offspring.
