How much food should go in my lovebirds bowl each day?
I have had a lovebird for about a year now, her food consists of “Exact” pellets for lovies, some mixed seeds, and nutri-berries. I usually fill her food bowl up when the food is almost done, and i’d fill it to the top. I’m starting to wonder, is there an amount of food a bird should have a day. How much food should go in her food bowl everday? I still want her to have those three types of foods, so can anyone help?
Exact Pellets are GREAT! Good for you. You should count out a number of pellets if they arent too tiny-sized. And if you want to continue the other treats, make it a routine whether once a day or once a week. Morning, snacktime and night. So he can know when to expect food and hes on a healthy schedule.
