You should visit this site, read everything carefully, then decide which product is most appropriate for you. I am recommending this company because I worked in the dietary supplements field for a long time and trust them.
I am not advocating colon cleansing, per se, in fact I tried it and it was a horrible experience for me. Tried it because we received many free products (from many companies) to try out so we could better inform customers. So, it might be good for you, but it wasn’t for me!
