is it a violation in nyc buildings to have a multi color apartment?
for the last few months i feel like ive been harassed by inspectors about “violations” i feel they are just pulling out of their asses.. now the latest one is there is a violation codes with the color of my room not being uniform to the rest of the apartment… is this true or hes trying to blow smoke up my ass?
yes we do rent and we’ve been here for a few years…they cant make us move can they? bc since the building has been under new management its been so unpeacefule…
Do you rent? Then you should check your lease. But this sounds made up to me. There is probably a clause that says something to the effects of if you paint it you must paint it back to the original color before you move.
