I have a aquatic turtle about the size of a softball,how much to feed?
He’s around a year old,and I feed him 4 to 5 mealy worms a day plus 6 or 7 mini pellets of turtle food.He constantly begs for more food,and he’s always hungry it seems.What is the proper amount?I think he’s getting fat because his tail is growing so fast,it looks wierd and fat.
The best thing you can do to make sure he doesnt run outta food or is hungry every so often is throw maybe 4 feeder fish in his tank to make sure he always has food… but the norm is feed him as much as he can take within 5 minutes..
