is millet spray bad for my society finches?
my male and female society finches have mated and they have produced eggs but someone told me to feed them millet and egg food is this correct.
what i want to know is?
1 isn’t millet supposed to be fattening?
2 is millet another word for spray millet { the long seed stuck on the stick?
3 do i mix the millet with the other seed or alone?
{ i am feeding them egg food and i do have spray millet already or them they are eating the egg food but i am not feeding them millet
Millet and spray millet are the same things. Millet is fine for society finches as long as it’s not their only food source. Leaving the millet on the stick is fine for the birds. They will alternate between eating the millet and eating their seeds and egg food. Sorry if my last information was not specific enough. If you’d like to e-mail me I’d be happy to help if I can.
