Where can i Get a parrot,macaw,or a cockatoo for a low price? And how do i take care of if ?

Macaws and cockatoos are parrots.
All are expensive, unless you rescue one. I wouldn’t recommend a macaw or a cockatoo for a first time bird owner, they are highly temperamental and very large and VERY VERY loud.
I would do research on Caiques, and Conures. There are quite a few types of each. Both can learn to talk and are funny little clown type creatures.
Check out these websites for realistic info on bird ownership. I read a lot of sources that make them sound like easy pets, but they are highly demanding, very messy, time consuming, emotional, territorial, instinct driven and high maintenance critters.
A lot of parrots end up being re-homed because of changes in their owners lifestyle, or the owner just wasn’t able to provide the kind of home the bird needed. I am my parrots second owner. Baby and young parrots are sweet little things, but once they reach a few yearrs old (sexual maturity) they get a different temperament, a lot of people get rid of their birds at this time, as often biting problems start at sexual maturity.
