Are the bird deaths in Akansas consistent with phosgene gas poisoning?
I know this question is kind of whack but no one seems to be coming up with results on all the testing that was undertaken. Could such gasses, if buried be released by earthquake activity? Your thoughts with links to pertinent info?

The making of phosgene gas is not so difficult that it requires we try to ship it all the way around the world and inject it into Arkansas’s ground. This scenario is not viable. I suspect that 5th columnist propaganda organizations spread a lot of rumors to spread fear and uncertainty amongst the american people. Some sites suggest that mass deaths happen all the time. but i don’t see that from my 15+ years on the internet. That these deaths occur all across the globe argues effectively against a injected gas escaping Plus phosgene gas is easily neutralized in water, so fish would not be affected.
The deaths of so many varied animals in so many places leaves us with no easy single cause EXCEPT a HARRP sort of one. But why no people? The attempt to associate it with that one persons death ( Phosgene gas) is ridiculous since the gases symptoms of “exploding lungs” would be easily visible in the copious amounts of blood and very quick death, not like whats described about his death.
Frankly, it sounds like a beam weapon to me with HARRP fitting the bill nicely.
