1) Does anyone know of a way to find local tiel breeders for MA ONLINE other than Birdsnways.com
and
2) What are some good websites that have appropriate sized WROUGHT IRON cages for two cockatiels that are roughly no more than $340?

You might want to try Pet finder. Your local animal shelter usually has cockatiels for adoption. Check with them often.
Your local pet stores has a variety of bird cages from 50$ and up. This way you get to see what you are buying. No surprises.
