Liaocheng City —The Largest Production Base for Bearing Cage in China
Bearings have many accessories such as bearing balls, bushings, housings, cages and so on. Among so many bearing accessories, the bearing cage is so simple that it just likes the drop in the ocean. Because bearing cage is a rather common accessory and its additional value is low, many big companies are unwilling to produce this kind of products. But in Liaocheng City in Shandong Province of China, there are still many private enterprises in Zheng Family town who accomplish much from producing the bearing cages. They do what others do not want to do. And now, this place becomes the biggest production base for bearing cages.
At present, this town has developed nine series of bearing cages with 600 model numbers. Companies in this town can produce three billion pairs of cages annually. Their products are very popular in China; moreover, some of them are exported to America, Germany, Japan, and Korea, etc. Meanwhile, about 95% of those enterprises adopt the national standard and advanced international standard. Among so many companies, four of them passed the ISO/TS14949 quality system certification. The whole town has 13 registered trademarks, and one of them is very famous in the province.
The quick development of the bearing cage industry is due to the support of the government. Because of the limited funds to support the development of the industry, companies develop quite slowly at first. In order to solve this problem, the government of this town sets up a base for the entrepreneurs; moreover, they concentrate on the construction of its infrastructures. Besides, the government serves as a bridge to link the companies and banks. It helps the enterprises solve problems related with funds. Therefore, those companies can develop with enough funds.
Addition to that, the government also leads companies to transfer from the traditional model to the enterprise modernization. Jindi Company has the largest scale of producing bearing cages in China. It can produce 0.5 billion pairs of cages annually. Based on the cooperation with universities and research institutions, Jindi Company sets up its own research and development center for bearing cages. This center has 230 technicists and can develop about 100 new types of products every year. The town considers the technological innovation as an effective way to upgrade the industry, perfect the industry supply chain and improve the product competitiveness. They invest a large amount of money in the research and development of the bearing cages. Besides, by making use of the financial crisis which leads to the low cost of the qualified personnel, companies hire some talented persons to do some technology researches.
In order to perfect the industry supply chain and create bearings and hardware products with high added values, the town also provides many preferential policies. For example, it introduces a project that can solve the problem of producing the whole bearings.
All in all, Liaocheng City is trying its best to develop the bearing cage industry. And we hope that its products will become very popular in China as well as in the whole world.

Mellon Collie & The Infinite Sadness $13.88 Emotionally over-the-top pop extravaganzas like the string-swelling “Tonight Tonight,” the Metallica-influenced alternative rock of “Zero,” the techno via new wave of “1979″–the 28 songs on this swell two-disc album are as eclectic as their themes are epic and ambitious. Billy Corgan’s thin whine isn’t much of an instrument, but he makes the most of it by writing smart songs that take emotional c… |

August & Everything After $4.19 It’s amazing the difference a year makes. Upon its release, August and Everything After sounded remarkably fresh, a welcome change from the crunch and screech of grunge. Blending the vocal athleticism of Van Morrison with the moody rock of The Band, the Counting Crows turned on a whole legion of fans turned off by modern rock. But what sounded fresh soon became stale as dozens of bands flocked to … |

Supernatural $3.42 The Arista debut of Carlos Santana and band gives fans of the soulful guitar vet two albums in one, but it’s a decidedly good-news, bad-news proposition. First, there’s a fine collection of late-’90s-model Santana–tastefully tooled songs driven by Latin jazz and Afro-Cuban rhythms (“[Da Le] Taleo,” “Africa Bamba,” “Migra,” “Primavera,” and the emotionally charged instrumental “El Farol”) that all… |

Wild at Heart [VHS] $5.88 David Lynch’s 1990 Wild at Heart is an utterly random and ugly experience with pockets of startling imagery and inspired set pieces. Based on a Barry Gifford novel, the film stars Nicolas Cage and Laura Dern as lovers on the lam whose relationship is tested and who meet some truly dangerous wackos (including an almost-simian Willem Dafoe). Lynch’s thoughts seem to be everywhere, and he expects the… |

The Family Man [VHS] $0.93 Jack Campbell (Nicolas Cage) is the quintessential Wall Street shark, scoring killer deals by day and shallow escort sex by night. His round-the-clock routine of empty luxuries is disturbed one lonely Christmas Eve when a gun-packing punk (Don Cheadle)–perhaps an angel of mercy–responds to an altruistic gesture from Jack by giving him “a glimpse” of the life he could have had. Could have, t… |

Moonstruck / Movie [VHS] $0.01 Remember the outfit Cher wore to the Oscars when she won an Academy Award for her performance in this 1987 film? Ay-yi-yi. The actress’ more retiring character in this infectious comedy leaps several psychological hurdles just giving her hair a permanent. But then the original screenplay by John Patrick Shanley (Joe Versus the Volcano) is a wonderful, gently satirical tale of an Italian-American f… |
