help i can’t stand the slime floating on my coffee cup?
my coffee has a slimy looking affect floating on top of it
after i make it. any brand out there that doesn’t have that?
If your coffee pot is clean and so are your cups then what you are seeing is probably the oil in the coffee itself. Coffee is made of beans, all beans have oil in them. Sometimes it’s more apparent, some of the famous fancy coffees seem very oily to me especially the flavored ones. My personal favorite pre-ground coffee is Dunkin’ Donuts brand which you can find at the grocery now. I like to grind my own (you can get a grinder for $15) and there is a great variety of beans to choose from at the the grocery you just have to keep in mind that the finer you grind it the more oil is released. Also try using bottled water to make your coffee with. I’m talking about the water sold by the gallon not the fancy little bottles. Hope I’ve helped and enjoy your coffee.
