How much colesterol is in non-fat milk?
I have found that my LDL colesteral is too high and want to cut down with out pharmacutical drugs. My doctor says I eat too much penut butter even if it is fresh ground from the food coop. (4 cups a week)
I have been reading about cooked oils not being used well to create cholesteral by the liver? well perhaps I should give up ‘toasted’ peanut butter.
external cholesterol only comes from animal sources and the last time I checked peanuts are not animals…and peanut oil is good for you… it is not saturated. go to iherb.com and look for disease protocols then read about cholesterol from a web source that seems to conflict with your doctor. There should not be cholesterol in non fat milk
