How much louder is a Quaker Parakeet than a Cockatiel?
Is a Quaker parakeet louder than a cockatiel and how much louder is one.
I have had both kinds of birds. Honestly they both can be pretty loud and messy! I think my quaker was louder than the cockatiel. The cockatiel was a lot smarter and learned how to do whistles and loved attention. The quaker was a good bird but not as friendly, he eventually got loose and flew away. Then later on I heard some old guy found him and loved him. 
Quaker parrots are actually illegal to have in almost all U.S. states. Though who’s going to tell you you can’t have one? lol idk…main reason they are illegal is cause if the get loose they can destroy crops. (in mass populations)
