is it ok to feed my lovebird and cockatiel roasted sunflower nuts?
It says on the back of the bag, Canola Oil, and Soybean Oil…is this ok?
Sunflower seeds have a ton of fat but do not remove them completely from your birds diet just keep them to a minimum.
Sunflower seeds can be used as a treat or a reward There is no seed mix out there that does not have somke sunflower seeds in it. Just be careful as to how many you give. I do not see where you listed salt so I am going to assume that they are salt free?
