My furnace works great but its rattling now. Don;t know much but could the squirrel cage be out of round?
How hard would it be to take it apart? Is that a piece that goes bad? Do bearings need servcing? The furnace is about 7 years old.
If one of those cling free tissues got into the blower wheel; you will have all kinds of rumblings.
