The best way to get the bird out is to use a dowel rod. NEVER, NEVER USE A GLOVE ON A BIRD!
The bird is just being protective of it’s territory. If you will use a dowel then remove it from it’s cage to pet it. Otherwise you will keep up until the bird will bite you no matter where it is. The bird is just saying GET OUT!
