how much would a 2004 t-bird (ford) hard top stand and top cover sell for? brand new?
My grandma bought a 2004 ford thunderbird and ordered a stand and cover for the hard top years ago. She ended up selling the thunderbird and never had a chance to use the cover or stand so they are in new condition..She said if i managed to sell them i could keep the money for college how much can i sell these for?
I often guage the value of things by using EBAY. Below is a link to a search I just did for EBAY Motors. No bids but my guess is if you did local pickup (which takes the guesswork out of the seller feedback) you could probably get around $300-$500 with the stand. I would start it low to get the interest and place a reserve of around $200. If you have a hot item, you’ll see it go well above that. If not, and you sell it for the reserve price then what do you have to lose. Either way, I think that particual item may cover the cost of books but that’s about it. Hopefully I’m wrong…
