Does anybody remember a christian cartoon from the 90′s(?) that had two kids, a bird, a buffalo…?
I remember this a little. i was kinda young. there were these two kids who would romp off into the woods while in the middle of doing something. they’d meet under a tree, and some animal characters that could talk would tell them stories about God and etc. I just thought that series was so cute! anyone know it?
again, i think there may have been other animal characters, but i know for sure there was a buffalo and bird…
Not entirely a Christian cartoon but you are referencing “Adventures from the Book of Virtues”, based on the anthology storybook edited by Bill Bennett (Reagan-era US Secretary of Education and now conservative talk-radio host and pundit), which ran on PBS.
A triple-DVD of the best episodes is sold at Toys R Us and Barnes and Noble.
The original book and a sequel, “The Childrens’ Book of Virtues”, plus an audiobook of selected stories read by Bennett himself can be found in bookstores.
