You free feed your bird. And make sure you don’t just feed him seed. That’s not what they eat in the wild. Mine lived to be 37 years old, and the vet had not seen one that old raised from birth because people do not feed them properly. You can get a little book at the pet store. Mine loved a little spaghetti, steak, all fruits and vegetables, and pretty much liked to taste everything. They are awesome pets and I was blessed to have her.
